Otto von Poschiavo is a beautiful 12 month old German Shepherd. Otto is a very gentle and tender-hearted boy who is a sweet and quiet presence at the rescue. He enjoys hanging out near his handler or even sitting right on your feet as he likes to stay close. He takes treats gently and is a dream to walk on leash. Otto's tail wags when he meets other dogs and he does beautifully in the play yard, happy with other dogs around. He mingles and might play just a little and is very tolerant. He came to the rescue with Hazel. Both are so gentle and sweet, you couldn't find more loyal pets. They know they are safe now and it's wonderful to see them blossom. While they would love to be adopted together, they will be fine as long as they have another dog in their new home. (Otto has also done well meeting a small dog, but he isn't for cats.) We know he will be a very devoted and gentle companion and continue to blossom in a kind home. Won't you help make his dream come true?
